Non-Major Party Voter Share Continues to Grow Amid Continuing Major Party Losses

By Doug Goodman -Founder & Executive Director Nevadans for Election Reform – March 4, 2025

The Nevada Republican Party slightly increased its lead over the Democratic Party in February while Non-Partisan and minor party voters continued to grow.  The only exceptions, Washoe County and voters over 55 years of age.

Of note also is that in the state legislature which is currently in session, in over 50 percent of all districts, Non-Partisan hold the largest vote share; 52 percent in the senate and 54 percent in the assembly.
